We've been meeting with a group of homeschoolers and unschoolers for a month or so now. We meet together in nature and just let the kids play and explore. Sometimes we have a little lesson, but mostly it is learning through exploring. What a rich area we live in to learn!
Tidepooling today!
Vienne and Avi throw sand at a HUGE clump of sleeping flies! Probably 10,000 or so! It was amazing seeing them swarm then settle, then swam...
Snack time for Mila! She's into exploring others lunch pails more than tide pools!
And there was a fair amount of sand throwing between the older kids.
I think Avi was having fun!
